By registering for the event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Places for the event are limited; we consider registrations on a fist come first served basis.
- The cost of travel to and from the event will not be paid by Swatch Ltd. Your registration is considered after receipt of the total event price which shall be confirmed by email. If you cancel your registration 21 or more days before the event begins, the event price will be fully reimbursed. If you cancel your registration 5 to 20 days before the event begins, we will retain 50% of the paid total price. If you cancel your registration four days or fewer before the event begins, we will retain 100% of the paid total price. Regardless of when you cancel, if you cancel you will no longer be entitled to receive the event package or attend the event.
- Payment of the event price is only possible by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal.
- Further, the event package and the special event Swatch will only be given to you personally, not to any third parties.
- By registering for the event, you agree to grant Swatch, its parent and affiliate companies the right to publish, reproduce and make available your image on photo and video material recorded in connection with the event, for marketing purposes, on offline and online channels, worldwide, without consideration, without limitation, and, in respect of in-house exhibitions, in-house public relations events, internal catalogues or historical jubilee publications relating to the Swatch brand and products, eternally.
- If you object to grant said right or if you do not otherwise accept these terms and conditions, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of registering for the event; otherwise, your consent will be deemed to have been given. Swatch Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the event program and to annul your registration and refund the price.
